This site does not use profiling cookies, analytics cookies or third-party cookies and therefore shows no consent banner. Technical cookies do not require consent (Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian DPA's Guidelines of 10 June 2021) but must be described: we do so below.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a site saves on the user's device while browsing. They are used, for example, to keep a login or to make the site work correctly.
2. Technical cookies
Technical cookies are essential for the service to work, do not require consent and are not used to profile the user. Visitors to the site receive no cookies from the controller. The cookie below concerns only the restricted menu-management area, used by the controller and authorised staff.

3. Profiling, analytics and third-party cookies
None are used. The site does not embed third-party maps, videos, widgets or social buttons, nor statistics or advertising tools, and its fonts are hosted on the site itself: for this reason no third-party cookies are installed. Links to external services (Google Maps, Google for reviews, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) take you to third-party sites: any cookies are installed only on those services' domains, outside the controller's control. If tools requiring consent are introduced in future, the site will ask for it before activating them and this notice will be updated.
4. Other storage technologies
The site does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB or fingerprinting techniques. The language is determined by the page address (/it or /en) and is not stored on your device.
5. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
